The staff at the reception desk were very helpful, creating a family-like ambiance, and the location near the city center was excellent for walking around easily.

Enormous breakfast, convenient hotel.

Efficient staff, clean hotel, a nice size and practical room. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. A lot of good food. Lovely building, excellent and incredible location next to many tourist destinations, the subway station, which is really handy for rainy days and other historical places.

The rooms luxurious and extraordinary with a bedroom and floor-to-ceiling windows, as example.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options for both Western and Chinese food. The location is unbeatable, right next to the metro station. We were able to easily explore the city without having to worry about transportation. The shopping mall attached to the hotel was also a plus, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room temperature was a bit too warm for our liking, even with the air conditioning running. , the view from our room could have been better.

Great value for money and awesome location. The hotel’s complimentary breakfast and fast internet were impressive, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the Costa coffee downstairs was a perfect pick-me-up.

Some of the rooms had a strong smoking smell, even though we specifically requested non-smoking rooms. although there were some drawbacks, our new year stay was enjoyable thanks to the hotel's excellent location and great value for money.
